I had the pleasure of visiting the West Hillsborough Adult Center today, and I was truly impressed by the exceptional team and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment I walked in, Lorena and Yanibel greeted me with such warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. Their cheerful personalities immediately made me feel welcome and set the tone for a wonderful experience. A special recognition goes to Wileikys, the phlebotomist, who is an absolute superstar! She is incredibly organized, professional, and always willing to lend a helping hand to her teammates. Her dedication and teamwork do not go unnoticed. The medical assistants were equally impressive. Giselly, Lillian, Margiolis, and Anislandy worked seamlessly together, demonstrating professionalism, compassion, and a true spirit of teamwork. It was evident that they support one another while remaining focused on providing excellent care to every patient. The providers are just as outstanding. Dr. Morejon, Madelyn Cardenas, and Ana Rodriguez clearly have a passion for caring for their patients and their families. Dr. Stake was fantastic and highly recommend! She listened to all my problems and made sure to make a treatment plan for me. I'm very grateful for her.

ALL of the staff there have been amazing. From the women at the front desk, to the women that do your vitals before you are seen by the doctor, to the phlebotomist AND doctor Madeline they all go above and beyond to ensure that you are taken care of. They are all so professional, kind, empathetic, and caring. I really want to point out doctor Madeline and how attentive she is. She does not rush you she genuinely cares and listens and will thoroughly explain EVERYTHING to ensure you understand your results. I have not had the best experiences with doctors or doctors offices in general in the past but I have to say every single person in this office has made it an amazing experience every single time. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I like the office staff and the doctor but for some reason when I call to schedule or reschedule an appointment or ask questions about something or when I try to get through to their referral department they literally won't pick up the call at all. I have Medicare so I'm guessing that because my healthcare is "free" and they don't get paid as much as they would if I was self-pay so maybe that's why I'm being ignored? Idk all I know is that I need a referral to an ID specialist that accepts patients who are part of the "Ryan White Program" or the ADAP program because my copay with my current insurance is nearly $3,000 for a whole months prescription and I need to see an ID specialist that accepts the people in these programs. I also need to be referred to a specific ENT doctor in order to not be a permanent "mouthbreather" for the rest of my life. I hope that things will work out today.

I had the best of experiences today while scheduling an appointment for my grandma. I had to schedule this last minute due to a very restricted work schedule (I’m my grandma’s only mean of transportation and I work almost every day until very late), thankfully, Fanny (the agent that answer my call) was very attentive and even helped me get my grandma in at a convenient time and with one of her primary doctors! I’m very thankful to both the agent, Dr. Cardenas and Dr. Morejon for their attentive care and kindness, you can definitely tell they care for their patients wellbeing and love they love their profession.
